Urban Lotus also caters to Massage Therapy providing Clients a healing massage session registered with the state of Maryland.RMP Appointments must be booked and deposits of $15-and up depending on service price payable to $urbanlotushairbody within 2 hours of booking or appointments will be cancelled ..No Exceptions. After hours appts are additional cost !!!!! Deposits are Non Refundable only transferable within 24 hours of reschedule of an appointment . *RUNNING LATE? Respectfully communicate and or be prepared to add late fee of $10.after 30 mins /and or no communication appointment will be cancelled ! *CANCELS: Any appointment canceled same day will require a $20 inconvenience fee paid before booking in the future .any no shows will require a $20 no show fee before Re-Booking . Style Change : no style change will be permitted after deposit is made and hair is purchased. APPOINTMENTS : All appointments should made by the client being serviced and paid in full before leaving! Refund Policy Urban Lotus aims to please all clients ,Check your service standards before leaving the building to express any changes that you may request.
